The gathering will be at the Embassy Suites. Discounted rooms were allocated on a first come, first served basis and just a few are remaining. Price for Gathering:
Early Registration Pricing – $750
Registration Pricing After March 19 – $850
Cancelation Fee – $100
Refund Policy – Full refunds, less the $100 cancellation fee, are available through March 19. After March 19, refunds will be evaluated following the event once final costs are confirmed. In most cases, you can expect to receive a refund, less the $100 fee. Only in the event of unforeseen circumstances that materially impact event costs would refunds be reduced further. Because we commit to non-refundable hotel expenses in advance, any remaining funds will be distributed as fairly as possible across the group.
Price includes buffet reception on Thursday night and lunch/dinner for Friday and Saturday.
Please note that breakfast is provided for free for those staying at the Embassy Suites.
Those not staying at the Embassy Suites are on their own for breakfast.
